Compensation range: $68,000K - $75,000K/Annually

Hours: Day Shift Monday - Friday
The POPs Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates activities of Splice projects with internal and external partners to ensure that the goals and objectives of each project are accomplished within scope and customer requirements.

- Intake all POPs (post occupancy projects) requests via client ticketing system
- Vets requests to determine internal resources needed to move forward with projects
- Responsible for ensuring that project progress is on schedule and remains within scope
- Point of contact for all customer service related matters on job site
- Maintains communication with Operations on projects
- Responsible for Punch List review and for ensuring punch list items are completed
- Communicates project status with stakeholders as needed
- Coordinates crew scheduling, building access, product staging and assembly where applicable
- Attends internal and vendor partner meetings as required
- Critically thinking through issues without being assigned
- Read and interpret documents such as CAD drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders and advanced presentation skills
- Regular travel to campus to provide onsite support preferred but not required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Project Management preferred
- One or more years related experience and/or training in project management; or two or more years related experience and/or training in project coordination; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
