KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties
- Facilitate Huddles with all team members daily
- Assign tasks to assembly cell technicians daily
- Convey and support team goals (productivity, COQ, safety, ect.)
- Primary role is to ensure all cell technicians are supplied with what is needed to continue producing and minimize interruptions
- Documenting downtime reasons
- Assist with production as needed
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Value Added Skills
- Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
- Team Player
- Computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to train on any shift
- Positive Attitude
Physical Requirements
- Working in areas where it can get warm
- Working in a smoke free environment
- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift
- This is a 1st shift position
- Hours are 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
- Starting rate of pay is $20/hour
- Overtime during busy season
