Job Overview
KI has an opening for a Project & Service Coordinator in our Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. The position will provide exceptional sales, product and/or order support to sales teams, customers, dealers and other business partners. This position has pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and pricing
- Update our CRM tool (Salesforce.com) and quoting installation
- Coordinate installations, transportation, and delivery dates with internal departments
- Provide timely resolution of quality issues
What you Need to Succeed
- Degree in Business or a related field or the equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years customer service, sales or project management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
