Salary Range: $15.82 - $22.14
Position Summary:
Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for following accurate processes of receiving documents.
This person will be checking inventory control and adjustments, cycle counts and replenishing reports.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Data entry
- Responsible of recording data of deliveries on daily basis.
- Manage Vendor Own Inventory (VOI) accurate and efficiently –Maintain a FIFO consumption system.
- Take care of Cycle counts and audits
- Run build of material investigations (BOM)
- Inventory discrepancy adjustments/transfers
- Keep mobile devices controlled (Scanners) user’s transactions tracking, etc.
- Willingness to work over time if required.
Qualifications, Skills And Education
Required Qualifications:
- GED or Equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/receiving
- Working knowledge of computerized inventory control
- MS Word, Excel, or similar computer software system
Preferred Qualifications:
- English/Spanish speaking
- Ability to operate a scanner/mobile device
- Ability to operate a fork lift - pallet jack
- Positive attitude
