As part of a dynamic team of creative workplace designers, you will uphold high standards for design, foster exceptional customer satisfaction, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary project team including sales, project management, and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities:

Review design requests with the manager and sales staff.
Meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
Measure client spaces to ensure accuracy and avoid installation issues.
Develop creative layouts tailored to client requirements.
Assist clients with color, fabric, and material selections.
Prepare materials boards, as required.
Provide preliminary budget specifications for clients.
Collaborate with clients to finalize design layouts and secure sign-offs.
Produce detailed final drawings and specifications.
Submit drawings and specifications for review by Operations.
Prepare and submit complete installation packages to Operations.
Stay informed on new products and offerings by engaging with manufacturers and vendor representatives.

Qualifications:

Degree in Design from an accredited program.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, computer-aided design tools, and internet research.
Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
