Position Overvie

wWe are currently seeking an innovative, hard-working individual interested in joining our team of designers. This position will focus on interior architecture in a variety of market sectors such as Aviation, Hospitality, Corporate, Retail, Multi-Family, and Industrial. The candidate must have experience collaborating with design, engineering, and technical leadership as part of a project team. The candidate must also have experience working with clients, attending meetings and presenting design solutions in a clear and concise manner. The position requires a motivated, self-driven individual capable of working on multiple projects and preparing design documents, renderings and construction drawings while also mentoring less experienced design team members. He/she will be involved in the analysis of design problems and developing solutions as part of a multi-person team

General Responsibiliti

esEstablish and understand the client’s needs and objectives from which programmatic requirements can be establishe
d.Interact with clients, consultants and public agencies on all assigned project
s.Initiate, create and present your design idea
s.Identify and analyze critical issues; implement project influences into the design constraints (i.e. building codes, zoning restrictions, client budget, etc.

c.Coordinate with other team members, including contractors, architects and engineers to ensure job succes
s.Select furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE
).Conduct research as directed for product and finish selections; assist in the development of finish plans and specification
s.Produce construction documentation, including drawings, details and specification
