The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing new and existing accounts, ensuring client retention, loyalty, and profitability within an Accountable Teams framework. This role serves as the primary client contact, overseeing financial tracking to ensure profitability and managing all client services.

Work Environment:

The position includes an office-based training period, transitioning to a hybrid work schedule. In-person attendance is required for client meetings in the greater Chicago area, as needed to support client requirements and project field responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2–5 years in the contract furniture industry and dealership experience in a Project Management role.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience as a Designer at a dealership is a plus.
Skills:
Strong sales and account management capabilities are beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook 365 (SharePoint and OneDrive experience preferred).
Familiarity with electronic specification programs such as CAP 2020 or Project Matrix CAD.
AutoCAD and/or CET experience is advantageous.
