Position Summary:

As our Total Rewards guru, you’ll be the key leader and mastermind behind our compensation and benefits programs, creating strategies that attract top talent and keep our team inspired. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure we’re competitive, fair, and maybe even a little cooler than our competitors. Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Strategic Program Development
- Design, implement, and administer Total Rewards strategies (compensation, benefits, wellness, and rewards)that deliver attractive, cost-effective, and competitive compensation and benefits programs to all employees.
- Partner with senior leadership and the HR team to align total rewards programs with business objectives.
Compensation Management
- Provide guidance to HR and management on salary structure, pay decisions, policy, guidelines interpretation and job evaluations.
- Lead annual compensation planning exercise (merit, market adjustments), promotions, bonus, and equity review processes, including development of recommendations according to employee segmentation (site, function, position), verification of spend to budget, and communications.
- Oversee annual bonus programs for management and professionals, including calculations, approvals, communication, and delivery.
- Monitor and ensure internal pay equity and regulatory compliance with FLSA, DOL, and other federal/state requirements.
Benefits Program Management
- Develop and direct the Company’s benefits strategy, partnering with broker to develop programs that are cost effective and attuned with current benefits trends.
- Conduct regular functional-excellence benchmarking and manage vendors to ensure that our internal customers are getting best-in-class service.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including ACA.
- Prepare and participate in internal, external, and government audits (e.g., IRS, DOL, OFCCP).
Data Analytics
- Develop and provide on-going suite of HR metrics in to track both functional performance and enterprise-level people trends.
Other Key Responsibilities
- Serve as key leader and thought partner to the HR Leadership Team.
- Lead, plan, and implement HR process and tools in support of HR initiatives and business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor internal Compensation and Benefits team.
Qualifications, Skills and Education
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7+ progressive years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Proven fluency in compensation data management, interpretation, and analytics.
- Strong operational knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data configuration, formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, business/ finance, or related field.
- Experience leading and building effective teams.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing compensation, benefits and/or HRIS solutions.
- Operational knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Experience with global compensation (Mexico, China)
