Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates appointments and maintains the schedule for vice presidents, ensuring timely meetings and interactions.
- Schedules, organizes, and attends meetings, takes notes, and distributes minutes, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date.
- Manages travel arrangements, accommodation reservations, and prepares necessary paperwork for vice presidents and visitors.
- Composes, reviews, and follows up on correspondence, including confidential and complex documents, using various software tools.
- Sorts and screens mail, answers telephones, and takes necessary follow-up actions.
- Enters requisitions, prepares and tracks expense reports, maintains files, and assists with budget reporting.
- Assists with presentation materials, schedules WebEx presentations, and coordinates special projects, providing backup support as needed.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
- Must be able to perform all essential job function with/without accommodation.
- Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience supporting executive-level management in large corporation, working under limited supervision, with tight and changing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, accounting, or secretarial studies, or equivalent degree preferred.
- Three years administrative or secretarial experience, working under limited supervision, with tight and changing deadlines required.
- Experience as an executive administrative assistant working in a global corporation with business units in various time zones.
- Experience as an executive administrative assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Experience preparing presentations and written communications
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint.
