Your Role
Gensler Denver is currently seeking an experienced
Project Architect with experience in corporate interiors. As a Project Architect, it’s your job to lead a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled projects with a core focus on corporate interiors. Leverage your industry experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build.
What You Will Do
- Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and other consultants
- Manage client relationships and team communication
- Resolve complex technical and design issues with a team to produce innovative technical/constructible solutions
- Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks
- Create and maintain the project manual and specifications with in-house specifications team
- Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews
- Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI
- Lead construction meetings with client and contractor
- Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
Your Qualifications
- Licensed - Architect (U.S.) strongly preferred
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field
- Revit Level 3+ or other BIM experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to execute design intent with precision and high attention to detail
- Strong knowledge and capability in delivering innovative design execution
- Relentless focus on accuracy and detail throughout design and execution
- Excellent eye for delivering high quality design
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards and construction method
- Ability to understand how interiors are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills
- Desire to develop junior staff
- Commitment to incorporating a sustainability mindset in all design decision
- Team player who actively contributes to a collaborative and fun office culture

- Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $95,000 – $120,000 annually + bonuses + benefits
