High-Level Maintenance Mechanic

The High-Level Machine Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery and equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of electro-mechanical systems, precision, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Repair and replace defective parts, using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics and other team members.
- Help in keeping the Facility systems in good working order.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a machine mechanic, with a focus on high-level or complex machinery such as CNC machines, robotics and PLC driven machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Machinist and Bi-lingual language skills a plus.
