Your Role

As a Construction Administrator, you will provide on-site support, coordination and communications with all design consultants, clients, stakeholders, contractors, and staff.
What You Will Do
- Works with project teams to support project construction.
- Review and assist with responding to RFI’s and Submittals
- Creating weekly logs/reports
- Responsibilities may include supporting the budgeting, site inspection, monitoring the bidding process, and administrative duties such as maintaining project files, the RFI process, writing reports and other construction-related duties.
Scope & Complexity:
- Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques and procedures.
- Ability to contribute to the coordination of a wide variety of project types and complexities.
- May act as a contact for contractors, consultants and agencies.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of codes, federal & state regulations, construction administration, organizational tools and processes, and project management.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture or related field
- 2-5 years of experience
- Internship experience at a minimum working on the CA phase of projects
- Workplace project experience ideal
- The base salary range will be estimated between $70k - $72k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
