The Brand Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the marketing team responsible for coordinating key areas of content creation and distribution, including website, social media, communications, featured projects, third party vendor relationships, and project management.

Responsibilities
- Assist with copywriting/editing and storyboarding for a variety of marketing materials that include social media, print and digital collateral, web, and a multitude of other disciplines.
- Collaborate with the Product team to bring featured projects / products to fruition by developing storyboards.
- Support tradeshow and event planning as needed.
- Support material sampling program and sample ordering as needed.
- Support Trade team with variety of initiatives.
- Support Field Sales with unique requests for tools and resources.
- Support Digital Experience team to engage audiences on social platforms and web.
- Research and work with third-party, industry partnerships such as MRL, Office Snapshots, Designer Pages.
- Support case study development, including follow up for all market segments.
- Upload content into the FSC as needed.
- Review and suggest ideas to improve current marketing materials.
- Support Customer Experience team with HQ customer tours as needed.
- Maintain an outlook at competitive and industry benchmarks, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld in all outputs.
- Strategize and support initiatives to help grow all Workplace and Health brands.

The ideal candidate would be located near our Jasper, IN headquarters and work primarily from this location.
- Undergraduate degree preferred (Marketing/Business or related field)
- 1-2 years of experience with a Marketing function preferred
