- Support and ownership of Safety Program, safe work practices and countermeasure actions in assigned area.
- Provide performance feedback and strategy for development of personnel.
- Represent the business unit's interests with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other Kimball business units.
- Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).
