A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties
This position is responsible for hand welding product and operating all other fabrication equipment in the cell. In addition, individuals in this role will provide direction to fabrication cell technicians. This position is also responsible for:
- Successfully hand weld product based upon production schedule needs
- Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly
- Operate fabrication equipment in the cell such as Robotic Welders, Hydraulic Banks, Saws, Benders, Drill Presses…
- Operate tools required in the cell such as handheld drills/screw guns, riveters, impact tools, screw drivers, wrenches and any other tools that may be required in the area.
- Operating, editing and programming tube or wire bending equipment in the cell.
- Follow production schedules, determine what should run and huddle with the team.
- Train new employees.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Leadership experience/training helpful (but not required).
Value Added Skills
- Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
- Team Player
- Computer knowledge

- Ability to train on any shift

Physical Requirements
- Working in areas where it can get warm
- Working in a smoke free environment
- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift
- This is a 1st Shift position
- Hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday
- Starting rate of pay is $20.00/hour
- Overtime during busy season
