Role Summary:
The Product Management Coordinator, will support the product management team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced fluid environment, balancing multiple projects, with “grace under pressure” as your motto. A self-starter who also takes direction well, you are curious, enjoy new challenges, and want to expand your horizons.
General Accountabilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating all product information, ensuring its accuracy within the price list, brochures, website, AS400, etc.
- Prepare NPR’s, ECN’s, pricelists, marketing updates, and other administrative documents.
- Assist and support the Product Management team in presentations and training initiatives.
- Assist in product mapping and analysis of new and current lines.
- Help provide product information and support within the company and to our customers.
- Assist in creating competitive analysis and provide necessary information for new product development and other initiatives.
- Assist in the analysis of sales reports and internal data.
- Assist the Global Bid Department in bids and quotes.
The Product Management Dept. is a team environment. From time to time, depending on the needs of the department, this individual may be asked to assist in special marketing projects and departmental matters which may be outside of this role.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart Sheet, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Strong background in Customer Service and understanding of the AS400 system is an asset.
