Quality Manager for our HNI Workplace Furnishings team in Muscatine, IA.

Responsibilities
- Manage long-term quality planning and metrics.
- Address customer service requests and develop action plans for QMS improvements.
- Provide on-call support for quality issues.
- Lead quality culture initiatives and RCI events.
- Implement new tools and standard work practices.
- Develop and maintain Layered Process Audits.
- Oversee the corrective action process and poke-yoke implementations.
- Foster quality competencies and manage talent.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in Quality Management; Bachelor's preferred or 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of driving results.
- Knowledge of QMS and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
