Our
HNI Workplace Furnishings Development Program is designed to develop emerging early career and business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various digital marketing functions. The program is designed to jump start your career through a specialized onboarding plan and a rotational experience. We provide foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects. Throughout the program you will gain valuable skills, enhance your business communications and collaboration skills, and can develop cohort relationships. This position is based at headquarters in Muscatine, IA.

Once you’ve completed the rotational development program, you’ll be prepared for a role likely within one of the rotational functions in digital marketing. Where you will begin will be in part based on your talents and strengths, your interests, and available roles upon program completion.
About You
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree required. All majors welcome.
- Commitment to continuous development and ability to receive open feedback
- Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
- Strong academic record and extracurricular experience
- Self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and embraces change
- Openly collaborates within a cross-functional team environment
- At least one year of general work experience preferred, including intern/externships
