What We Need
We are looking for individuals to join our Marketing Development Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2025 or June 2025.
Our Early Career Development Program (ECDP) is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects.

What You Will Do
The Marketing team is a fast-paced, highly visible team with a vision and passion for implementing solutions and exceeding our customers’ expectations. As a member of this team, you will gain experience assisting with product launch efforts, competitive research, and ideation of new marketing solutions.
Marketing Development program rotations may be in disciplines such as:
- Product launch marketing
- Go-to-market strategy
- New product strategy
Our development members are a key source of future talent for entry-level marketing careers. Once you’ve completed the rotational development program, you’ll be prepared for a role likely within one of the rotational functions. Where you will begin will be in part based on your talents and strengths, your interests, and available roles upon program completion.
What You Have
- Prospective candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field, prior to their start date.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, or involvement in related activities such as tutoring or business fraternities
What You're Good At
- Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
- Strong experience managing projects (school or work related)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
