The Proposal Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving business growth by creating high-quality, tailored RFPs, RFQs, and presentations. This position involves designing and producing compelling sales and marketing collateral, ensuring that all materials and information are current and accurate. The Proposal Coordinator manages marketing processes to maintain the flow of up-to-date resources, ultimately supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with business development and client solutions teams to understand their specific needs and provide effective support. Collaboration with the proposal team is essential to ensure that all materials meet the highest standards of quality. Your ability to coordinate across departments and manage detailed processes will be key to delivering impactful and professional proposals and marketing materials that drive business success.
You will be responsible for…
- Overseeing all phases of the proposal process, ensuring responses are timely, client-centric and compliant
- Providing a single point of contact and coordination for the development of proposal responses, presentations and client or industry specific capability statements
- Collaborating and proactively communicating with business development, client relations, technical staff and leadership to support and provide overall direction on proposal responses
- Working with the business development, client relations and proposals teams to develop compelling proposal strategies and content
- Developing high-quality, high-impact visuals for proposals and presentations
- Collaborating with marketing team and regional leaders to produce case studies and topical content that promotes Unispace’s brand identity and position as a thought leader
- Creating and managing collateral, including keeping information up to date for project case studies, capability statements, and staff resumes
- Crafting narratives that tell a compelling story that resonates with clients, highlighting Unispace’s unique value proposition
What You Bring To The Table…
- Superior writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills with an eye for graphic design
- Advanced knowledge of InDesign and an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce, or other similar CRM platform
- Strong storytelling abilities, with a knack for transforming technical information into compelling narratives that engage and persuade clients
You Meet These Requirements…
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services firm
- Extensive experience writing and managing proposals
