Orangebox is hiring a Regional Sales Account Manager - a high-performance front-line sales position focused on leading the pursuit, capture, and growth of new strategic client relationships. You will lead Orangebox sales efforts in the Southern portion of the US (southern US from the Carolinas to Florida and the Caribbean then the south, central region including Texas). Purpose of Job:
Lead and manage Orangebox Sales efforts within a specific territory to achieve agreed upon targets.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Role Specific
- Develop sales strategies to win new accounts and manage existing accounts.
- Articulate Orangebox value proposition, overcome objections, navigate sales process and close business.
- Develop positive relationships and manage key major accounts & dealers.
- Set sales targets for individual regions within your geographical territory, designed to meet your overall sales target. Monitor and analyze performance and provide periodic reports on performance to Sales Director.
- Plan, organize and allocate your time & resources effectively.
- Assist with the training and promotion of Orangebox within all applicable sales channels.
- Keep up to date with developments in the marketplace, including products, and competitors.
- Establish meaningful performance indicators for your area of responsibility, monitor performance, and communicate findings as necessary.
- Develop and implement operational plans within your area of responsibility.
- Foster a culture of affinity & loyalty for Orangebox within the broader influencer groups (Steelcase, Steelcase Dealers, Orangebox Dealers, A&D, Real Estate, Facilities and others).
Marketing, Relationships & Training
- Educate about Orangebox.
- Represent and portray the Orangebox brand, attitude, and culture.
- Plan and execute agreed upon marketing campaigns with Orangebox, Steelcase, and Dealers.
- Lead, plan and implement change where necessary within your area(s) of responsibility in order to achieve plans.
Other
- Comply with the Company’s Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety etc.), as applicable to your role, with particular attention to the regulatory elements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements, in line with Company policy (where applicable).
- Manage your own professional development to ensure you have up to date knowledge of best practice within your area of responsibility.
- Monitor and control personal and area expenditure (CapEx & P&L) and ensure compliance with budget.
- To manage and / or participate in inter-departmental projects as and when required.
