General PurposeThe Senior Creative Operations Manager oversees the creative development and execution of marketing strategies as the liaison between Marketing/client partners and various internal and/or external creative resources ensuring high-quality, on-brand marketing experiences across the globe. The
Senior Creative Operations Manager role serves as the liaison between the Global Creative Studio, global brands, contract and int’l marketing teams to create project plans, direct and execute project activities, and monitor and control risk. The Senior Operations Manager is expected to proactively plan, organize, and direct creative workflow for projects requested by the marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Creative Operations, you will collaborate with leaders across Marketing, E-commerce, Creative Studio, and outside vendors.
Essential Functions
Manage all creative studio project workflows, prioritizing projects and developing timelines to ensure studio activity runs smoothly, on time and in-line with the relevant brand’s objectives.Partner with the V.P. of Creative to maintain sufficient resource planning and outsourcing when necessary to manage the capacity of the Creative Studio team and achieve effective distribution and implementation.Manage the Creative Project Management team to prioritize projects across 16 brands.Collaborate with Marketing Leadership team to ensure project prioritization and strategic direction.Act as a point of contact for Global Marketing (Contract, Retail and Brand divisions) and Global Creative Studio, assisting in sharing knowledge and assets across the regions.Ensures projects have required documentation such as detailed market launch plans and marketing and creative briefs to help translate requirements into solutions.Serves as a brand advocate to ensure brand standards are being met for a consistent brand experience among all marketing and communication channels internationally.Has a high degree of cultural sensitivity and experience working with teams across the globe.Leads the planning and production of creative deliverables such as messaging, photography, renderings, illustrations, animations, video, sales tools, paid and organic campaign creative, email, etc., partnering with various internal creative teams and contracted resources.Manages creative project budgets, vendor setup, contracts, and invoicing.Partners with clients, art directors, designers, writers, editors, and interior designers to scope requests; gather requirements; define objectives, deliverables, and delivery dates; plan resources; and develop a clear and actionable project plan.Works cross functionally on consistent refining our Ways of Working.Creates and refines Wrike project plans for all creative deliverables (messaging, asset development, brochures, social, email, campaigns, sales tools, translations, etc.) in partnership with Marketing and various Creative Studio team members ensuring the most efficient execution plans are in place.Partners with Media Production including cross functional alignment of location and studio shoots.Submits EAR and PO requests, maintains invoice and contract database, and tracks and processes invoices.

Education, Experience, and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.5+ years of marketing or creative account-related experience managing multifaceted projects.5+ years of prior project management experience, preferably with an online tool such as Wrike, working on projects that involve web, marketing and/or media localization.Experience in the iterative, creative process of print and web user interface design and development.Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Organizational and time management capabilities.Ability to multi-task, prioritize urgent issues and deal with large volumes of copy and assets in up to 15 languages simultaneously.Previous experience leading localization projects across multiple cross-functional teams, including international.A clear understanding of the functions, needs and challenges of an in-house creative teamClear and concise communications and interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead through influence and positive relationship building.Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation and communication software and tools.Has relentless optimism
