This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent. The individual will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his/her supervisor. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Planning and estimating, project evaluation
- Initiate internal project meetings
- Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects
- Develop project timelines and schedules
- Evaluate building/site conditions
- Provide technical product support
- Specification review and auditing
- Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects
- Develop delivery and product installation phasing
- Field verification
- Review order status
- Attend construction/project meetings and record minutes to distribute to internal team
- Interface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner
- Ensure appropriate field paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner including project folders, punch lists, project journals, field change orders, etc
- Coordinate pre-installation meetings
- Resolve installation issues
- Obtain customer approval and sign-off on appropriate documents, i.e. delivery tickets, completed punch list forms, field change orders, etc
- Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M. Administrator
- Coordinate punch list issue resolutions
- Close out projects
