The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on event management.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales, business development, and global marketing teams to understand their specific goals and deliver effective marketing support. Collaboration across departments is essential. Your ability to manage detailed processes, coordinate events, and create impactful project stories and social posts will be key to driving engagement, building brand awareness, and ultimately contributing to the organization’s success.
This is a temporary engagement intended for maternity leave coverage.
You will be responsible for…
- Working hand in hand with the Head of Marketing to execute strategic regional activities
- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, including logistics, promotional campaigns, vendor management, and on-site support
- Collaborating with the global marketing team to execute regional activities on social channels
- Creating and activating assets in marketing platforms (Hubspot) to support events
- Drafting and creating project case studies to be used in pursuits and digital activity
- Coordinating and managing photography and videography for completed projects, which may include traveling to project sites
- Drafting and managing select project and people awards for submission and promotion
- Supporting PR agency relationship and activities through reviewing bylines, coordinating interviews, and outlining appropriate digital activity
- Supporting and providing input to globally managed social channels such as Instagram, and YouTube
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and disciplines across the business
What You Bring To The Table…
- Deep expertise in event management
- Deep expertise in multi-tasking, time management and being agile
- Knowledge of marketing principles, brand awareness and sales enablement
- Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, and social channels
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Proficient written and communication skills
You Meet These Requirements…
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
