Job Overview
We are currently looking for an Real Estate Alliance Program Manager for the Americas to join our team. This is a fully remote position with required travel to key markets.
As a Real Estate Alliance Program Manager You Will
Create and execute a strategy for developing and growing relationships and account penetration among key Real Estate project management firms and end users across the Americas. Serve as central point person for all activities involving Real Estate Alliance Program project management. Partner with, and supports, Directors, Field Sales members, Global Accounts, and dealers in the pursuit of new business development and existing account growth. Establish Haworth as trusted advisor within top Commercial Real Estate firms to develop long-lasting relationships with executives, project managers and key influencers in the buying process. Develop new business within target accounts to achieve maximum account penetration at all locations.
Do you have these required qualifications?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, or equivalent.
- Education Equivalency: Associate Degree in business, sales, architecture or interior design plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience.
Work Experience
- 7 years’ experience in consultative B2B, solution-based sales role with history of managing large-sized clients with significant deal size, delivering complex solutions, with demonstrated track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets required.
- Experience building network of business relationships across multiple geographies to create sales opportunities.
- Experience working with real estate brokers, alliance directors and project managers.

- Ability to travel up to 50% of time to meet F2F with clients, dealers, and influencers.

Essential Functions
- Creates and executes business plan by conducting regular and balanced activities with assigned new, target, and existing accounts leading to sales development for meeting quota and product mix goals.
- Creates and implements tools, resources, and processes for working with and reporting on sales involving real estate sourcing programs to increase exposure and sales on a year over year basis.
- Adopts and utilizes Haworth’s Unique Value Proposition (UVP) to drive client conversations and deliver presentations on cultural model and assessment, Workspace, collaborative modes and applications, Organic Workspace, integrated palette, and project delivery to create value in Haworth brand for customers.
- Partners with all Haworth sales regions in roll out and implementation of key Real-estate Sourcing programs as necessary to ensure sales collaboration with all areas and regions and the understanding and consistency of program results and expectations.
- Works with Haworth Teams to drive alignment with accounts lead. Networks and develops relationships with key project managers and real estate leaders for better alignment between real estate firm and Haworth within the customer base.
- Identifies, develops, and qualifies new business opportunities with identified target accounts; conducts follow up on new business and expansion opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales prospects; leads opportunities to generate Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Transitions new opportunities and Real Estate leads to appropriate global accounts executive, territory or sales director, ensuring successful business outcome.
- Effectively manages business plan in CRM, keeping information current on sales activities, ongoing strategy for sales development, and results for all assigned target and existing accounts.
- Manages expense budget/timely expense reporting adhering to established travel and entertainment guidelines.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
