, you'll utilize your knowledge of product design, materials, parts, and fabrication and assembly processes to positively impact our business through lean manufacturing implementation.
Here's How You'll Make An Impact In This Role
- Proactively participate in tiered meetings and represent department-specific metrics/projects.
- Support and address production issues with lean problem-solving tools.
- Partner with key stakeholders to help achieve department goals utilizing lean principles (RCI, MDI, 5S, etc.).
- Provide technical support and problem-solving to support day-to-day operational needs.
- Research developing technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
