We are hiring a Senior Communications Specialist responsible for the development and execution of vertical market communications.
We currently have two opportunities available. While the roles and responsibilities are similar, the supported markets will focus on various customer segments, ranging from healthcare and education to large, corporate customers.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a key partner to business units, you will gather customer intelligence, identify communications needs and develop plans based on business objectives. You will act as an integrator within the cross-functional communications team, bringing together and executing tactics, including storytelling, visualization, content creation, digital marketing campaigns and events. Responsibilities include:
- Support the development and execute communication strategies tailored to customer vertical markets, including content creation, event experiences, audience communications and digital promotion.
- Coordinates scheduling and management of assigned projects. Coordinates all appropriate internal and external resources.
- Support the planning and execution of targeted campaigns with both online and offline tactics to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Includes execution of digital marketing program tied to lead generation through social, email, search, web, SEO, etc.
- Ensure brand positioning and messaging are consistent and compelling across all touchpoints (copy and visuals). Includes elevating knowledge leadership through research outputs and editorial content. Includes written outputs and visual assets.
- Assist in development of the strategy and needs of each project, identifies the most appropriate resources to fill those needs, establishes timeline and project budget.
- Understand target audiences and content, and participates in the evaluation of Communications activities, tactics, and programs.

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Minimum of 3 years of communications or marketing experience.
-Strong writing and project management skills.
-Experience with product launch is preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Breadth of experience across Communications/Marketing functions balanced with demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision making.
- Experience writing promotional content across online and offline tactics.
- Prior experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience leading complex projects with various stakeholders.
