We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients.
**Duties:**
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision
- Create detailed drawings and renderings using software such as Bluebeam
- Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and color palettes for each project
- Oversee the project from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to bring designs to life
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, and 3ds Max
- Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting design, and space planning
- Experience in remodeling projects and drafting
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
