We are looking for a hands-on leader with practical operational and technical experience to lead our Business Intelligence team, comprised of Reporting Analysts and Data Engineers. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the organization’s data strategy, delivering robust analytics solutions, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Intelligence team to align with organizational objectives, and actively participate in talent acquisition process when needed.
- Manage the team of Data Engineers and Reporting Analysts who are dispersed globally and across the country.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive analytical solutions.
- Implement BI solution centered around Microsoft tech stack - SSAS, SQL, Power BI, SSIS, Power Automate, etc. with a focus on enterprise grade semantic data models and advanced data visualization.
- Oversee data pipelines and data integration processes from SAP, Salesforce, ADP, and other sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that empower business stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Define and influence the team to follow best BI practices, including data governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Innovate by exploring and integrating cutting-edge tools, technologies, and methodologies in analytics and BI.
- Serve as the organization’s primary contact for BI-related inquiries, fostering strong relationships across departments to enable measurable value for the enterprise.
