Position Summary
Position Overview:
Responsible for ensuring customer inventory requests are completed within scope and requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Intake all inventory requests
- Organize, prioritize and schedule inventory reservations and vendor pick-ups
- Gather, document and track move details
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Identify and expedite escalated requests

Education/Experience
Associate degree from accredited college preferred.
2+ Customer Service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to fulfill essential duties of position.
