Role Summary
The Project Services Leader is responsible for managing a team of Design Project Managers in order to execute a portfolio of workplace projects from concept through completion. It is the responsibility of this person to ensure the teams are hired, trained, aligned and staffed appropriately to support CBI's key objectives and goals. This leader manages Associate training and workload, as well as monitoring the quality of Associate's work and taking corrective action when necessary, in order to create an excellent client experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all aspects of the design and delivery of multiple large and highly complex clients and projects.
- Attract, retain, deploy and develop (organize, activate & motivate) the team to accomplish the mission
- Provide subject matter expertise and coaching in design project management.
- Technical oversight to ensure accuracy in ordering, pricing, schedules and implementation.
- Personally own execution at certain clients.
- Superior ability to maintain organization of all details of various proposals, orders and implementations.
- Ensure Associates are effectively managing deadlines, deliverables and client expectations
- Provide leadership and coaching in ensuring associates are proficient in our various productivity tools.
- Maintain excellent trust and working relationships with our major manufacturing partners.
- Onboard and equip new associates to ensure they develop in their roles.
- Monitor and effectively communicate Associate performance and development.
- Ensure Associates adhere to CBI methodologies, process and procedures
- Manage workload balancing and capacity to deliver excellent but affordable services to our clients.
