We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Wellbeing Navigator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of wellness by driving employee engagement, organizing impactful events, and coordinating onsite activities that support overall employee wellbeing. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in Health Coaching, Exercise Science, Wellness, Public Health, Social Work, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, event planning, or program coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom).
What You Will Be Doing:
Employee Engagement
- Serve as a central point of contact for wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to assess needs and develop programs that enhance engagement and wellbeing.
- Actively promote wellbeing programs and resources to ensure maximum participation and impact.
Event Planning
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, such as wellness workshops, health fairs, and team-building activities.
- Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor selection, budgeting, and promotional materials.
- Track and evaluate the success of events, using data-driven insights to refine future planning.
Onsite Activity Coordination
- Design and manage onsite programs that encourage physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing (e.g., fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, lunch-and-learn events).
- Partner with facilities teams to ensure onsite spaces support wellbeing goals, such as creating relaxation zones or fitness spaces.
- Serve as an advocate for onsite employee needs, ensuring their voices are heard and incorporated into program development.
