Position Overview
Luckin International Business Development team is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate with 3+ years of experience in storefront design in chain catering or retail industries, and also familiar with storefront spatial design. The position will play a key role in spatial design of storefronts, storefront effect proposals completion, storefront design guidelines formulation, and operations talent reserve and training, as well as producing layout plans, renderings, construction drawings, and detail drawings.
This full-time position will report to Project Manager of Business Development Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join Luckin’s expanding international team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll do:
- Formulate storefront design guidelines, control and review design progress.
- Responsible for the spatial design of storefronts, completing storefront effect proposals and construction drawings independently and efficiently in AutoCAD or other design modelling and coordination software to meet project requirements and SI design guidelines.
- Responsible for on-site briefings and design changes during storefront construction process.
- Ensure all the materials and dimensions to be used are to scale and guide contractors on fabrication or construction.
- Work closely with project team, suppliers, sub-contractors, clients and any others 3rd party during construction/implementation.
- Assist in ordering of material and Compilation of Bill of Quantities for Basic Installation.
- Able to work independently and deliver works within given timeline.
Who you are:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in art, engineering design, retail design, interior design or art design-related majors.
- 3 years or more of storefront design experience in chain catering or retail industries.
- Proficient in storefront spatial design, capable of independently producing layout plans, renderings, construction drawings, and detail drawings with speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in operating AUTOCAD, Sketchup (Enscape rendering), 3DMAX, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design and office software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to manage project operations independently.
- Team player with a positive attitude, inquisitive, pays attention to detail, open to ideas and highly motivated.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
