Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Continue to develop and enhance a comprehensive and competitive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Exemplis’ business objectives and culture.
- Analyze and refine recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the use of best practices and technologies.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other third-party vendors to include account reviews and contract review/negotiation.
Leadership:
- Provide leadership and mentoring to our team of recruiters, supporting our high-touch, process oriented recruiting function; Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Analyze relevant data trends to provide insights and set plans to meet hiring goals, connect data to cross-organization goals and lead conversations across groups to address broad hiring issues.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Director-level and above positions, including sourcing, engaging, and assessing high-caliber leadership candidates
Candidate Experience:
- Design and maintain a candidate-centric recruitment process that reflects Exemplis’ values and enhances our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Solicit candidate feedback and implement improvements to optimize the recruitment experience.
Employer Branding:
- Champion Exemplis’ employer brand by creating compelling content and leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Maintain relationships and build new ones with community partners; create pathways for employment through these partnerships.
- Cultivate diverse candidate pools through targeted outreach and community engagement.
Employer Branding and Social Media Presence:
- Champion Exemplis’ employer brand by creating compelling content and leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Maintain and manage Exemplis’ presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
- Respond to reviews, engage with followers, and post updates about company culture, achievements, and recruitment opportunities.
- Leverage social media analytics to refine content strategies and enhance engagement.
Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with talent acquisition initiatives and recruiting satisfaction.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and DEI initiatives.
- Cultivate diverse candidate pools through targeted outreach and community engagement.
Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Exemplis policies.
- Oversee immigration program.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; and/or combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum of (5) five years of proven experience as a talent acquisition manager including managing strategic recruitment operations and full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to build and foster relationships with leaders across the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Experience recruiting/staffing for manufacturing operations
- Proficient in recruiting technology; SuccessFactors a plus
- HR Certification through SHRM or HRCI
- Experience with employer branding and maintaining company presence on social media platforms
