POSITION SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Retail Partner Specialist is responsible for managing e-commerce listings and content across B2B and B2C platforms, specifically focusing on National Accounts. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that product listings for key product categories like office furniture, seating, and accessories are optimized for visibility and aligned with market demands. The specialist will be responsible for managing product listings, supporting the curation of the product mix, competitive research, SEO optimization, vendor marketing, and content updates.
This position plays a key role in enhancing product visibility across key platforms while working closely with the marketing, data management, and national accounts teams. The goal is to ensure that products listed under the brand are optimized for sales success and aligned with customer needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Listing Management:
- Oversee and manage product listings for B2B and B2C customers through all assigned partner platforms.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications meet platform requirements.
- Develop product bundles and packages for targeted B2B offerings.
SEO & Vendor Marketing Management:
- Implement SEO strategies for product visibility and sales performance across partner websites.
- Optimize the use of vendor marketing programs, banner ads, and other promotional tools to enhance product visibility.
Content & Image Optimization:
- Ensure product images and content meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to keep product content up-to-date and relevant.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Maintain collaborative relationships with external partners (National Dealers) to ensure seamless product listings and promotions.
- Manage communications with National Buying Groups and its independent dealer network.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct regular research on competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends for internal optimization.
Inventory Management & Sales Support:
- Maintain up-to-date inventory information on relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the internal data management team to ensure that sales trends are monitored and products are optimized for performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly in B2B and B2C environments, with a focus on office furniture, commodities, or related industries.
- Proficiency in managing product listings, SEO optimization, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing sales performance. Ability to understand and analyse reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with platforms like Staples, Grand & Toy, or similar industry-specific e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in managing product listings, vendor marketing, and online sales promotions is a plus.
