They are seeking a talented and creative Intermediate Interior Designer with extensive experience in the hospitality sector to join their Manhattan based studio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and contribute to all phases of hospitality projects, from schematic design (SD) through construction administration (CA)
- Develop and prepare detailed design specifications, including FF&E selections, space planning, lighting, and comprehensive plan layouts
- Generate initial design sketches and utilize advanced CAD software to create 3D visualizations of floor plans, elevations, and building facades
- Assist in crafting project schedules and provide budget evaluations for design and construction costs
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design intent
- Present design concepts and progress to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 4+ years of interior design experience, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, and other 3D modeling tools
- Revit experience preferred
- Ability to balance both technical and creative design skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to mentor junior designers and collaborate effectively with senior team members
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
