Compensation range: $25-$35/hour

Radical Hospitality:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Retail Storyteller and Product Expert
- Coworking and Private Meeting Room Reservations Concierge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive store operations both online and offline
Concierge:
- Act as organizer and liaison to room bookings and Porter team meetings
- Provide support in the form of pre-meeting set-up and post-meeting reset
- F&B Support including taking orders and running food and beverage
- Administrative duties include calendar maintenance, room event order detailing and guest communications
Retail/Customer Service:
- Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide exceptional service
- Handles customer and Porter.Works inquiries through various channels, including email and chat
- Process online and in-store orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
- Gift Wrapping
Shopify Store Management:
- Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and e-commerce order fulfillment
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing efforts on the Shopify platform, including adding promotional codes, banners, and featured products as directed by the Marketing Team
- Receive, unbox, tag, merchandise and store products efficiently
- Supply Management (shipping supplies, retail bags, tissue paper, wrapping paper, etc.)
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain product displays and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Merchandise new and current products beautifully and functionally with printed collateral (product info, pricing, and Brand/Maker stories)
- Merchandise product according to standards set by Director of Retail to promote seasonal updates, promotions, and sales
Event Support:
- Set up and break down for events and pop-ups at The Shop and 2+U amenity spaces
- Collaborate and work alongside with F&B team as needed
- Guest greeting and check-In

- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE- Proven experience as a Retail Assistant, Sales Associate, or similar role, preferably with Shopify experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
